Gregory S. Biron, DMD, MD
Dr. Gregory Biron is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Exeter, New Hampshire. A New Hampshire native from the Manchester area, he is proud to serve patients in his home state and the greater Seacoast community.
Dr. Biron earned his bachelor’s degree in forensic science from the University of Central Florida before completing his dental education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete a six-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where his training included medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2019.
Dr. Biron provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with particular interest in dental implant surgery, bone grafting, and facial trauma. He is on staff at Portsmouth Regional Hospital and is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In addition, he serves the state of New Hampshire as a forensic dentist on the dental identification team.
Volunteerism and outreach are central to Dr. Biron’s practice philosophy. Once a year, he and his team travel to rural Guatemala to provide emergency dental care. To support this work, he designed and built a mobile dental clinic fully equipped with suction, drills, sterilization, and all the instruments needed for comprehensive dental and oral surgery services. He is also a board member for Refuge International, a nonprofit organization, that provides care to multiple locations throughout Guatemala.
Dr. Biron lives in Epping with his wife, son, and dog. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, beekeeping, and roasting coffee.
